Osaka VS Kyoto

I think there maybe some incorrect
with my training program
about the city that my hostcompany is located.
My instruction told me that it's in Osaka
but the contact person
from company said to me that
I have to go to Kyoto
and in the website also said that
the Head office is in Kyoto, too.
....
I will go to which city -_-

PS. I'd like to go the Universal Studio, Osaka.
